Rosé Sparkling Wine from Champagne, France. Moutard Brut Rose offers an ample nose with hints of red fruits and forest floor. A full-bodied palate with good persistence and excellent balance.
Produced and bottled in Walla Walla Valley. Aromatically, this wine is currently subdued, with the notes of raspberry, cocoa and cherry that haven't fully blossomed. The flavors meanwhile are generous and ripe, while still showing a fine sense of balance. Additional time in the bottle or a long decant should allow it to open up. It leads with a gorgeous pure fruit nose of compote reduction and graham cracker that jump from the glass. It is so rich, lush, and pure. It is a positively delicious wine that will easily age 10+ years for those of you who enjoy cellaring wines. This is everything Merlot wants to and can be in Washington State.
Produced and bottled in Walla Walla Valley. Exceptionally dark. Beautifully complex, sultry nose of dark fruits, including plum and cassis with dried herbs —predominantly rosemary and sage — with complementary notes of earth and tar. The wine has a wonderfully voluptuous texture on the palette and slowly reveals a masculine structure and excellent acidity on its long finish. A simply classic Leonetti Cabernet, reminiscent of the delicious 2008 vintage. 2012 was an exquisitely warm growing season and all of our Cabernet vineyards performed brilliantly.
Aromas of ripe blackberry and dark chocolate lead to complex layers of rich cocoa powder, brandied cherries and a hint of cola. Lush, well-integrated tannins showcase another vintage true to its name. Enjoy now with friends over a memorable meal or cellar for 8-10 years...if you have the patience!
Beautiful and complex aromas of plum, cherry, blackberry, mocha, fresh savory herbs, with lead pencil and earthy notes lead off this wine. It is bright, deep, and firm on the palate, featuring focused red and black fruits, mountain flowers, vanilla, bitter chocolate and cigar box. This wine should really be singing in 2-3 years, and hit age fifteen in great shape.
. We make this wine with minimal manipulation, using native yeasts, bottling unfined and unfiltered, to allow the “place” to shine through. We named it after the Provencal Troubadour Arnaut Daniel, who invented the Sestina poem form, thus creating a connection between our two flagship efforts. Exotic nose of boysenberry and blueberry reduction, grilled meat, orange peel, and minerals on the nose. The palate is rich and round, very concentrated with mountain berry liqueur, savory meat notes, fresh ground Ethiopian coffee, and liquefied minerals. Put this in the cellar for 2-3 years, and it will be screaming for a long, long time.
One bottle of Bramble Bump 2015 Red
One bottle of Bramble Bump 2016 White
We have been working together on this wine for 15 years now. Trust and friendship form its basis. The blend of Syrah from Vinsobres with Syrah from Villafranchian terraces in Gard always produces wonderful balance, fleshiness and finesse. You may get to know the 2015 vintage through this wine – the oxblood colour, the depth, sappy character and wonderful round tannins for instance. The whole point of our Cotes du Rhone is to offer an early drinking wine that also has very good ageing capacity. Welcome to 2015, the finest vintage since 2010. Blackcurrant, camphor, truffle, rose and blueberry.
